Our Lady of Mercy High School as embarked on the process of planning the future of our school over the next five years. We are working with a consultant group (PLC Associates, Inc.) to look at four key areas of our school. The areas are academics, finance, facilities, and marketing & development. In order to better facilitate this process, we have solicited the help of 70 individuals including students, parents, teachers, administrators, outside experts, Board of Trustees members, and Sisters of Mercy. This ambitious plan is due to be completed by the end of June.
The overarching responsibility of supervision of the plan falls on the CORE Team.
The CORE Team oversees the Strategic Plan and coordinates the efforts of the four Task Forces. The Task Forces are the Academic Achievement, Finance, Facilities, and Marketing & Development Task Forces.
